Proposals received after the above stated time will be disqualified and returned, unopened. Proposals shall be signed and formatted as stated in the bid docs. The successful bidder will be notified by “the District’. There will not be a public opening of bids due to COVID restrictions.
The Board of Trustees of the Silver Valley Unified School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities in the proposals, to be the sole judge as to the merit, quality, and acceptability of materials proposed and their compliance to the specifications if it is in the best interest of the District.
